The Denver Nuggets took a 2-1 lead in their Western Conference semifinal series against the Los Angeles Lakers with a 119-108 victory in Game 3 on Saturday night. Nikola Jokic led the way for the Nuggets with 30 points, 14 rebounds, and 7 assists, while Jamal Murray added 25 points and Aaron Gordon contributed 22 points.
The Lakers were led by Anthony Davis, who had 30 points and 23 rebounds. LeBron James added 28 points and 9 assists, but it wasn't enough to overcome the Nuggets' balanced attack.
The Nuggets dominated the game from start to finish, leading by as many as 20 points in the second half. The Lakers made a late run in the fourth quarter, but the Nuggets held on for the win.
